During the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair, or Intel ISEF two high school students (Nurul Roslan and Hanis Zaini both 17) from Mara Junior Science College Terendak in Melaka, Malaysia attended the competition for the best high school science projects around the world. They have discovered a new material better than plywood. It is a blend of recycled plastic( high-density polyethylene) and pineapple leaf fibers. They said, "that this invention could help lessen the land and air pollution. Thus, it promotes the care of the environment because the material they use are eco-friendly.
<Opinion>
Invention and discoveries like this is highly appreciated despite at a very young age. Their discovery should be given attention by the sponsoring agency and governments because this could help in solving problems of trash around the world. The culture of research among young individuals is very much evident. Pollution in the air and in land is very intense. The people should look fro alternative products and materials which couldn't harm our environment.
