The Education Rebuilding Council considers proposing the Japanese government to adopt some changes in the start of the compulsory education. The proposal is to let the children start their free compulsory education at the age of five instead of the current six years old. But still it is unclear because the cost of free education will reach up to six billion yen. It is somehow costly that the Japanese government could deny it.

Education is a right that everybody is entitled. But nowadays, education is no longer a right but a privilege. Free education is given to people to study basic education but what kind of education is it?Starting an education at an early age is not bad rather it could add up to the burden of the parents, if its not for free.
